Appointment

• Bridal appointments are required.
• To ensure a personalized, stress-free experience, we require a non-refundable booking fee to reserve your appointment:
• $25 fee – Monday through Friday & Sundays during business hours
• $50 fee – Saturdays, closed days, or appointments outside operating hours
• Not quite ready to book? You're welcome to drop in and browse our selection of 600+ off-the-rack bridal gowns before scheduling a fitting.

How It Works

• We want your appointment to feel special from the moment you arrive. Here’s what to expect:
• You’ll be greeted by our team and paired with a stylist who will ask a few important questions—like your wedding date, venue, style, and budget.
• Your stylist and you (plus one guest) will look through the gowns together.
• For safety and care, only SBC staff may pull gowns—our dresses are delicate and damage easily.
• We recommend bringing up to 4 guests whose opinions you truly trust. Too many voices can be overwhelming and take away from your special moment.
• Please leave little ones at home—children must remain seated with an adult at all times.
• Appointments are limited to 1.5 hours to give each bride the attention she deserves.
